We currently have a large popular website we want only 5 pages changed to a Responsive Design for held devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Depending on the device being used, the website Responsive Design adapts to provide the best possible experience.
The rest of the pages our in house team will change, this shouldn't take a competent designer too long.
One of the first and foremost principles to keep in mind when creating a responsive design site is making sure that the site is built so that the browsing experience is evenly the same for all users across the board.
This means that the site’s appearance and visual structure should change without ever creating content and function losses for users of any specific device or screen size. A visitor accessing our pages from their desktop should be getting the same sort of browsing experience as a visitor coming in through their smart phone or their tablet and need adaptive sizing for images
