CSS / Div problem fix

We are developing a website where we are having a layout problem. We are interested in your services for helping us with this problem. The website URL is: [login to view URL] Our problem is that the column at the right sometimes shifts to the bottom of the page in Firefox. This problem appears both on 2 and 3 column pages. Firefox is not consistent with how it renders the pages of our site: sometimes the columns are displayed next to each other, whereas sometimes the right column shifts under the rest. Also, we are having a problem with displaying these 2 pages correctly in IE6: [login to view URL] (The video at the bottom is placed at a wrong position).
