The client is a online shop specializing in women’s fashion. The job requires you to take the different size charts provided by their various suppliers, and come up with an average sizing system. You should then re-assign sizing to each of the products in the shop, according to the new sizing system you have devised.
Detailed:
Size charts of each supplier denote the relevant measurements for each size. These include (but are not limited to) bust, waist, hip, and length. You need to develop a size chart that will be universally applicable to the entire shop’s inventory. Look at each supplier’s size chart and re-label the clothes accordingly. As a result, some clothes may only run from XS-M or M-2XL, according to the new universal size chart. Do not worry about that.
Work should be done in an excel sheet, according to the EXAMPLE format provided below. Dummy values were used for the purposes of illustration.
