CAL program, on Health & Safety (simple design)

Produce in Macromedia Flash, a computer aided learning program. The program must clearly show all health and safety issues within the workplace. Very simple graphics included. need the program to be very simple, for example: like a slideshow of screens. opening screen : welcome to CAL health and Safety 2nd Screen : simple pic of building with fire exits flash. when i say simple i mean, a pic of some square's from above with three red dots flashing, then a small text written bellow, this text boxes can be left empty as i'll input the text. 3rd Screen : Please ensure you have put on your Boots, work trousers, Stud Press top/over jacket and Hair net - here a pic of some clothing items with flashing arros pointing at them etc....... i'll email you more information if required! there must be minimal user input, just a start button, exit at the end and a pause button throughout. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
