Hi, i checked single interactive files,especially the Sample Generated pdf and docs dmission want prints for Queen Victoria patients records/admission , well I have generated smilar PDFs earlier as well for billing purpose like Bills for hotel booked , ebay bill , amazon bill etc. You will have a front end for selecting options as per patient and then you can get it print. I have previously worked on generating PDF using PHP so this won't take much time to get that. The only challenge here would be the design of the PDF and that thing will consume some time.
