An online multiple company file repository portal is required to be developed to allow company user, data admin, company admin and super admin to log in to use the portal. They will also need to function their own purpose based on the use case diagram. The goal of the portal is to be able to turn the idea into a full-fledged web application that can support and serve as a multi company file repository. The development of this project accompanied with awareness of requirements for future development. This project is required to be able to handle large amount of files ( estimated 100,000 ) per company on the platform. Brief Summary: This is a portal that allow company user to 1) login to access and view file/s , images, videos 2) search for file, images with watermark will be presented. 3) request file, images viewing if he/she has no rights, send email to company admin to grant rights to view 4) view file / images / videos have an expiry date. Once expired will not be able to view. or 1) login to upload file/s , images, videos 2) file will be index based on their keywords, file title etc. 3) other will search the portal for information and request permission if required. Each company will have their configuration file to hand the following different types of parameters. They will be stored in a form of .ini to be able to change if required. 1) company css 2) Photo uploading mode 3) Company hash tag .xml file 4) Hash Tag limit 5) Enable / Disable video streaming 6) Limit the session of streaming 7) number of days for the expiry of picture / file to be view by the user. The project is required to deploy in XAMPP or Apache , MySQL, Tomcat. The project is required to have weekly updated, deployment file sent to me progressively so that I can have the latest update on a weekly basis. I will test out on my localhost for the updates. Winner of the bid will be produced more information on this project. This project is required to be completed in 2 months and future upgrade and improvement will be required.
