Build me a new Website

Please read this brief in its entirety and quote based upon these requirements. If you quoted when I posted a project before, thank you and please look at your quote based upon this revised requirement. For the Freelancers who quoted without reading the brief…please don’t quote again. I am looking for a designer/developer to build my new business website. I am a marketing, brand and communications consultant. I would like the website development to begin next week and be completed by March 19th ready to replace my existing website ([login to view URL]) This new website has small number of sections and also requires a blog which will display on the front page. The site will be a mixture of quirky cartoon graphics and photographs that I will provide. I will also be providing written content for the site. I want it to be crisp, clean, striking and, most crucially to be easily updatable and brand appropriate. Main requirements - Clean neutral background - Easy to navigate with a clear menu structure - Section headings on the main page with links to a more detailed description of the services on offer, projects undertaken and brand background – this could be separate pages or a “scroll-down” continuous site with menus that jump to each new section - Latest news displayed on main page with and an easily updatable blog page in a similar graphic style to the main site. Other Requirements - The site text must be easily updatable - I site must be optimised on all platforms including mobile - The site should be Search engine optimised I would off course welcome any design and layout innovation that you can bring to the project. I welcome your quotes and your suggestions on the best way to deliver my requirements. I have marked this as a small project based on the cost of updating an existing template and the relative simplicity of my immediate requirements. Please do not quote if your costs are in excess of £250. I will offer a partial staged payment to kick off the project. I will be appointing a Freelancer on or before Wednesday 11th March. I would appreciate any additional information from you, including relevant examples of work you have completed, by personal message to help me make my decision. The project should be completed by March 19th. The attached image is the front page of an existing Wordpress template in a style I think is directional of what I a looking to achieve but I welcome any and all alternative suggestions. Many thanks.
