Web development of [login to view URL] THAYON’s vision and values The vision is to make [login to view URL] the best complete online real estate marketplace in Thailand. THAYON’s 3 core values are simple, honest and optimistic. The idea THAYON is a complete real estate marketplace where sellers and buyers meet. The webpage consists of 5 main categories: 1. Property for sale 2. Property for rent 3. Commercial property 4. Furniture & Garden (includes equipment for small businesses) 5. Real estate assignments (profession, services, cleaning etc.) The seller has to register a profile on the webpage to be able to insert an ad. The buyer on the other hand don’t need a profile to browse through ads, but they can also register a profile for better user experience. On their profile, the user can edit their profile info, see saved ads, have contact with sellers and buyers through a message board, set up their matchmaking profile and log out. The front page will have a free search function for all ads (also limited to sell, buy or commercial). Matchmaking function will be a function where buyers can set up their matchmaking profile to get automatically notifications when they match a seller. Both seller and buyer will then get a notification in their THAYON profile board (and by email if they have this setting turned on). Sellers can turn of this notification if they don’t want this. It is important that THAYON webpage is simple, user friendly and has a clean/modern design. Design See attached design draft (will be shown to good applications). These drafts are how the design is planned to look like. Suggestions for improvement are welcome, but should be discussed with Glenn Larsen before any decision is taken. The design idea is to make the webpage look simple, clean, modern and interesting. The page will consist of few colors (Light blue, dark blue, black, white, grey). Positive pictures with a touch of Thailand and in good quality. The page should be easy to use for any person. There should be few buttons and a logical order of navigation through the page. All links/buttons should be marked with either a greyscale layer or an underline. Programming I want access to edit and configure as many things as possible at all times. This will also make less work for you when I need something changed in the future. New registered users on THAYON should get an email where they have to confirm their email by a link. They should also get a welcome email when this is done. This email should go automatically, and the text and setup of this email should be controlled by me. When a user inserts a new ad, this as should be approved by me before it goes online on THAYON. The user will get a confirmation message when their ad is finished, stating that their ad is going through a security check before it will be online. I want a function where I can send emails to all registered users by a simple click. Free search function on FrontPage. It is important that this search function will be setup correctly. The matchmaking function should match sellers and buyers and send out notification to both seller and buyer based on their setting on their account. This notification can also be sent to the users registered email if they want. General requirements It is important for me that the person(s) who develop this webpage will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative. Good communication is also very important. Replying on emails, answer phones and due to deadlines. Good level of English skills. Most important is to be OPTIMISTIC and have a “nothing is impossible” attitude.
