Build a freelancer style website

I need to build a service that makes it easier to create a MVP without having to gather information and resources from a variety of sources. I need to create a portal to cater for individuals that are aiming to create a high quality MVP in the tech industry. I found that while services such as Freelance and UPWORK have all the resources you need, they are more structured around catering for a more diverse market. I want to create a systematic path users can follow and source all the relevant talent to create a MVP on the one portal. Including but not limited to: - Co founder - - Designers - Growth Hackers - Coders - Potential Employees - Legal Services - Accounting Services - Investors - Relevant Startup and MVP resources - Co working spaces - people and I can list these places and users can purchase them through my website. I need to have the ability to create user profiles for individuals and FIRMS and add the ability of other users to message them, make purchases on the platform. I need to do this for all the above categories and more. I need to be able to have a payment portal, ability for users to sign up, essentially very similar to the structure of Freelancer. I want this website built quickly and efficiently without any bugs. The design aspect needs to be clean and minimalist.
