Dear Sir/Madam, I see that there are many bids and they are for very less price. I dont know if my bid will attract you or not. From the wireframe that you posted, I understand that you require something like a betting exchange, where two players contradict with each other on the outcome of the event and the admin awards the winnings to the player whose bet has won. I have programmed such website before also and can do this with a good quality. however, my price is little high, but its worth while the project is a complicated one.
