Build a Website for CHINA

Hi, I'd like to build a simple website that will be fully accessible in China on Desktops and Mobile devices. Site would look similar to this: [login to view URL] My goal is to promote a brand new anti-aging products from USA, that can now be sold in China and business opportunity that's behind it (Superb Network Marketing Opportunity). So Goal Nr 1 = get chineese people see 1 minute video and then another one and Goal Nr 2 = get interested into the business [login to view URL] This company is 6 years old and doubles revenue each year (in 2015 1 Billion USD$ is expected).
