This is an example and we are not looking to for exact. We are a marketing and PR firm needing to build an e-commerce website from scratch. The website will detail our services offered and allow customers to purchase our services from the site, allow for document upload and download within the site, allow for us to email/communicate with clients within the site, allow for payment of services by paypal. Customers will be able to pick the package they want, pay for it, the order come to the company so that we know that the order has come in. Have a form for clients to fill out Low Budget, Flat Rate. We are a start up and do not have a lot of money so don't give me a huge proposal.
