Also send me the dream weaver file when completed You will make a web site consisting of three pages that will chronicle how you made your empty lot. 3 before and after pictures are fine of a lot and buildings in the city of Baltimore. The three pages should describe Before, During and After in your process. The style, tone and manner of creative decisions are up to you. Take liberties as you wish. You must turn in exactly one thing: A URL for this website. I will view the images in a standard web browser on my MacBook Pro. Your site must be live on a server (free hosts are fine). The URL you post must not have any subdirectories or documents, only the server name (subdomains are ok). The URL you post must lead to the index page of your site A user must be able to navigate to any page on your site from any other page on your site. The general layout of your site must have three visually distinct, clearly defined areas: A header area at the top of the page with title, your name, and a graphic logo. A clearly defined sidebar (a sidebar is a bar on the side) with navigation links to each page on the site. A main body area with your content and graphics, next to the side bar (a.k.a. the bar on the side). (If you don't have this, you don't have a site) The header and sidebar must be present and identical on all pages. There must be graphics on main body page in the site, and they must be different on each page. There must be at least one embedded video on the site. Your site must somewhere contain at least three working external links (it doesn’t matter what). No framesets (if you don't know what this is, don't worry about it). The entire site (including graphics) must be less than 3 MB in size. You may use Dreamweaver starting from blank files, or you may hand-code the site using a text editor (MS Word is not a text editor). You cannot use: A content management system (Drupal, Joomla, etc) A blogging platform (like Blogger, Wordpress, Tumblr, or others) A subscription service (like Squarespace) An automated management and publishing system (like Muse, Business Catalyst, Rapidweaver, or others) A website building service (like [login to view URL], Weebly, anything "one-click" or offered by your web host) A word processor. A purchased template. Anything that does not involve you building the site completely. DUE DATE: 5pm, Friday April 24th. Would like it way before that.
