Looking for Property website developer for Singapore Content and function needed in the site: - able to resize/re-locate any content or picture - floating header/footer (editable) - Pop out with timer and editable - exit window pop out (editable) - contact form with choice selection and auto response after submit - contact form able to attach with any third party auto response service (example aweber, getresponse etc) - Social media share function - blogging - Singapore Map for selection of district (example when i want to find property at the location the portion of the map will be highlighted. - Web content must be very user friendly - slider function - able to edit permalink - must be mobile friendly - other function might be required to be added from time to time with no additional cost. Preferred developer's skill: 1. basic understanding of singapore's location or map 2. SEO knowledge 3. able to update website's version from time to time. 4. Good designing skills (example colour, theme, positioning of content) 5. Picture designing skill example like photoshop for the picture to insert entered into the website STRICT rule: 1. NDA must be signed 2. no sharing, reuse, redesign, sell offline/online at all times 3. Able to deliver required updates within 24hours after project completion at a reasonable cost.
