Live Streaming User Broadcasting / Chatroom - Webcam / OBS Broadcast (NGINX RTMP HLS) Live streaming website that will allow users to stream live with their own webcam or Open Broadcast Software. Will have custom chat room for users to interact with streamer and one another. Will include payment processing and allow users to transfer coins to each other and cash out. Design portion mostly complete already. Will work on my live server. Must have experience in creating live streaming sites via HTML5 using NGINX RTMP/HLS Media Server.
