Build a Website

I have this website, address is: [login to view URL] This website is for a boxing club where users can sign up for different boxing classes. Now I need to add some functions to the website. The functions I am going to add are: 1. In the menu you can see "Members", and under "Members" you can see login and sign up, but the link for them are not activated. I want to create login and signup page, where people can login, sign up and change password, get password( if they forget their password). 2. After logging in, they are able to see the courses we offered to them and choose courses , and also pay for(using pay-pall or credit or debit card )the chosen [login to view URL] this part I will provide the name and information about the courses we are offering. 3. Create an administrator page for the administrator, where the administrator will see names of all the users, how much they paid and other information about the users. Other information will be provided after the bid :)
