Hi,

I would really like a Company branded proposal tool that has editable fields that when completed and submitted produces a branded word doc and PDF containing a professional proposal. A bit like the request recently for that audit tool. Can you do this and for how much and when could you complete it by please? I will send you the fields now that may have one or two more additions.

The document to be fully branded and look great and professional

Introduction field (That can be saved/stored but also edited)

Client brief area with set fields but editable content plus the ability to add fields and titles

Stats and trends area with pie chart graph, graphics

App features area with a predefined list with features to be ticked that are included/have been ordered.

App features - custom features - editable field

Hosting and support - text

Proposal - fields to include are Ratecard price, offer price, discount percentage to be automatically worked out and shown. Price available as £, $ and euro.

Editable Field also to show when proposal expires

Price field for App Set up ad build

Price field for Monthly hosting & support

Ability to select from pricing options from a list so App set up and build, website and app combined package, website and app hosting and support, plus some others to follow.

A thank you message at the bottom of the proposal doc

Oh and a field with drop down options containing to emails that it can be sent that will only be staff of ASL
