Build a Website

Wanted an experienced web developer who can create: 1. A tourism related website. 2. A related cross platform HTML based App. The project will be in three phases: Design and Build Test and Train Launch and Operate We will need a Site Maintenance Plan with Documentation The person should be available for the entire duration of the project. This could evolve into an ongoing project with an annual contract so we require someone who is accessible. The requirements for the nteractive iwebsite  The website to be mobile friendly. (prefer using bootstrap and jquery)  It should be database driven.  The website should be developed from scratch and not using wordpress, drupal or any similar platform. (This point could be explored/discussed)  besides listing of all tourism and travel related information, the website should have a forum and a ecommerce possibilities.  It should have an embedded map. The map should be responsive and interactive and should be made available on the mobile app also.  The website should have a modern, clean and minimalistic UI Requirements from the developer  We are looking for an individual and not a company.  You should be dedicated and willing to work in a group.  You should be available for future correspondence since it will be an ongoing project.  You should be an expert web developer with solid experience.
