Build a Website

We need a fresh new website / something responsive that will SEO well. I am open to Wordpress if it makes sense for easy editing post development. I have an archive graphic library if needed or you can create new things based on the same look at feel / colors / etc. Here is the website: [login to view URL] Some things that we need: 1) Registration download system that will record form data into a database. 2) User Forum (not sure if we can important any content from our current or not) 3) Blog 4) Integrated online store so we dont have to use Yahoo store anymore 5) Online form submission options for support requests, contact us, etc. Some sites I like for reference: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is a good start. I don't know what to set the project price at so please provide some proposals, feedback, sample sites you've done. I would even pay for a proof of concept page to help narrow down the choices.
