Build a Website

I am looking for a contractor which can build an automated gift card website. This website will need to do the following: Connect to merchant sites through a proxy to enter gift card number and PIN codes. A headless browser which is operated via [login to view URL] or something similar would be ideal. Once connected with a retailer website, the system will need to be able to follow a set of instructions for traversing the website to enter the gift card number and PIN in the correct fields and then submit the form. It is possible that the balance inquiry form will be in a popup or similarly hidden. If presented with a Captcha, the Captcha will need to be sent to a Captcha solving service such as 2captcha.com. Once the card information is entered and a balance is retrieved, the balance needs to be written to a database, after that a calculated ammount of bitcoins would be submitted to a site hosted wallet , the user won't be able to withdraw the coins to externall wallet only after 6 confirmations .Some retailers will return an image which shows the balance, rather than plain text. If this is the case, the image needs to be uploaded to the Google Vision API for parsing, the result of which would be recorded. This project will be considered a success when a website has been developed that will reliably retrieve balances from two different retailers(Amazon , walmart), and sent the calculated ammount of bitcoins (depends on vendor , value) to an internal hosted wallet where user can withdraw them after 6 confirmations .As well as allow for additional retailers to be added to the system and balances returned. Given that each retailer will have a different HTML structure for their check gift card balance page, the project will need to be able to follow different instructions for each retailer. For example, to check a Walmart gift card balance, the address is: [login to view URL] And for Target, the address is: [login to view URL] Both of these sites have a different HTML structure, and as such, instructions for traversing the retailer websites cannot be hardcoded.
