Build a Website

I am looking for someone to build a peer to peer lending website (similar to [login to view URL] but with better design) The website will have two aspects to it, on one hand; entrepreneurs should be able to post information about their business venture. This will be information like (name, address, time in operation, the business they do, and all that information) they will be categorised according to industry and risk level (which we will determine). On the other hand, investors should be able to invest small amounts of money in entrepreneurs, then, when the entrepreneur has raised all the money they need, they will be alerted. and then the money will be transferred to them. the entrepreneur will then use the website to also make their monthly payment which they will find out about when they apply for the loans. the investors must be able to load money onto their account using our online plug in. I would prefer if this could be done through wordpress so I can exploit their plug ins. The main aim of the website is to be a disintermediary between investors who want exposure to small business debt market & entrepreneurs who need the money. You have a month to do this
