Requirement Analysis:
MUST HAVE GREAT GRAPHIC DESIGN, TRAVEL INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE (BOOKING ENGINES) AND EXPERIENCE WITH MEMBERSHIP WEBSITES.
The website needs 2 types of memberships with following Access:
PREMIUM:
1. Adverts listed in monthly newsletter & social media blasts
2. Access to Flights, Insurance & Hotels Booking
3. Extended Industry Discounts to Friend & Family Member
4. Access to Industry Forum
5. Monthly Newsletter
ECONOMY:
1. Access to Flights, Insurance & Hotels Booking
2. Book Staff Industry Discounts
3. Access to Industry Forum
4. Access to Monthly Newsletter
Once membership confirmed and approved by Admin, the following features and functionalities will need to be implemented -
NOTE: Membership must have approval process. Customer application auto email sent to manager for approval. Once approved membership and payment will be generated.
Modern website (IS A MUST, VERY IMPORTANT).

Monthly Newsletter
LinkedIn Integration
Membership Renewal after 12 months
Hotel destination drop box search functionality
Hotel Booking Form template (request emailed to hotel. No real time availability required)
Hotel Registration and Access Control by the Admin only
Hotels can list their property free of charge for first 12 months and chargeable afterwards
Payment Gateway Integration (NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK)
Travel Insurance API integration
Cruise - API integration
Airline API integration - PREMIUM Member can make flight booking for themselves plus one. First passenger is a mandatory fixed field. Member cannot change this field
Note: Only one airline API integration required. Airline providing me access to their own API.
Security firewalls - restrict fraudulent activity
Needs to be OSS - NO proprietary software limitations
Back end capabilities:
Financial reporting in back end
Marketing monthly newsletters members
Membership base management
Ability to add hotels or supplier info to website myself
Research shows there is approx 10,000 travel industry employees Australia wide.
Best case scenario 33% to join (3300 members)
Website needs large traffic capabilities (forum & booking use)
