I would like a website developed for a small real estate brokerage with multiple locations of business. I want the layout similar to [login to view URL], with color scheme, photos and fonts changed. Not a wordpress template.
Features:
- responsive layout
- adminstrator backend to manage listings that appear
- MySQL/PHP
- No wordpress!!!!!!
- change the logo of the company depending on the page they are on and/or their IP location
Pages:
Landing page
-- to provide a link to "Central Texas Listings" and "Detroit Listings" ([login to view URL])
Properties page
-- [login to view URL]
-- "Search" to include Address (to search house number and street name simultaneously), neighborhood (drop down generated from "active" listings), For sale/For lease radio button, Bedrooms drop down
-- Map view: show a map depending on "Central Texas" or "Detroit"
-- List view (default): shows a table of properties, 3 per row, grouped by Neighborhood until a search is performed. Otherwise just the properties that match the criteria
-- pictures to be sized the same as the example page. Hopefully they can be optimized after uploading through the admin section
Listing page
-- [login to view URL]
-- lots of property pictures, to be shown exactly like example page
-- small map on right
-- links for attachments (the attachments will be the same for all "For Lease" listings, hard coded)
-- small email form to send an email to schedule a showing
Admin backend
-- doesn't have to be pretty, but need a way to enter property info and insert pictures
-- only 2 statuses: Active, and Unavailable. Only "active" will show up on front end
-- page showing a list of all properties in the database, sortable by each field
-- fields: address, size, beds, baths, price, description
-- set up map pin of the property
-- upload photos

- Home
- Properties (with a drop down for Central Texas and Detroit)
- Projects (link to static page that I can update manually)
- Contact (provides a contact form to send me an email)
