Build a Corporate Website

Looking for someone who is fast, experienced, and local to create my website and mobile app for my company(there will be a second company to work on if the project is done to my satisfaction. I have several website domain names that will point to the main website of one of them. I have several logos that will be used for each main category of the first company's products and or services. The main page will have up to 10 main categories and each main category will have up to 10 subcategory pages. Up to 1000 words on each page. This site needs to look sharp, professional and modern, and up to 10 images per page. There will be a contact page with an auto-response form, up to 10 emails, live chat that goes to my mobile phone, database CRM that holds the leads and allows for the marketing of them. There will need to be a social media site made on all major Social Media sites and SEO management tool system to handle it. There will be an account setup, user name and password auto database and management. A shopping cart will need to be made for the site for products, services and membership fees. I will want an app for this that is state of the art and scaleable so it handles all state and fed taxes for each state as well as shipping and receiving tracking, with carrier choices, delivery time choices and shipping options. The Mobile app will need to be fully functional just like the website. All third party apps must be scaleable and top rated. There will be videos that will be provided for the site as well. Search engine submission is also a part of this project once it is complete and ready for propagation.
