I want to give my retail shops a common look and feel that tells customers we are the best place to buy their ball bearings and manufacturing MRO supplies.
We have shops now but one of my customers said to me, " I know you are the best and this is why I come to your store but nothing about this store says that, please improve this"
He is right. Signage, store front messages, instore messages and visual merchandising. Uniforms for staff, letter head, envelopes. I need a refreshed look and feel for our business and a common look of our stores such that any new store that we open has the same look and is easily recognizable as well as attracts customers to come and buy from us.
