This is difficult to BID accurately for, so I have decided that when you BID you will BID based on example of work you already COMPLETED for someone else. So link to example of work and give DETAILS of 'exactly' what you did and how many HOURS you worked on that and make your BID to be how much you would charge me to do a work of similar/scope/hours etc. Got it? Give example of previous work, how many hours it took you, and what price you'd charge me to do similar, that will be your BID.
Looking for someone creative. Must be capable to take "general idea" of app and with just "text" or verbal communication and clarifications, to create great "INTUITIVE" user interfaces for apps. You must be familiar with Android and/or Apple iOS icon sizes, graphics sizes, layouts, Google Material Design etc..
Relevant terms: UX CX UI , prototype, blueprint, mockups, wireframes etc...
It is important that designer has natural talent for creating "intuitive" layout design.
So basically you need to be both a "User Interface Designer" and also a "graphics designer" so that you will not only provide prototype/wireframes/layoutdesign but also provide the final graphics to be used in the app.
Tools: Inkscape, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Gimp, Invision, Fireworks, sketch, Freehand , ANY TOOL you want....
HIGHLY DESIRED:
Knowledge of Android XML files and images, res/drawables etc...able to change graphics by editing XML layout files and point them to your new images/graphics.
Knowledge of iOS graphics/icons etc...
