Create an Animation - a to z leak detection

3D two story home, i want hot and cold water pipes running under the slab of the home and running to all the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, water heater, hose bibs. the water pipes will be highlighted in red and blue. Red for hot water and blue for cold water. maybe a kid splashing in the tub and a mom working in the kitchen. all of a sudden water starts showing up on the kitchen floor because of a leak from the pipe that is running under ground. Then i want to show how the repair is completed. we would run a new pipe up and over head through the walls and ceiling. after that i want to show a pipe leak in the ceiling. I would want water pouring down in the ceiling, eventually the ceiling caves in and ruins the everything down below. we would then show the repair. in the next slide i would show how we push epoxy through the existing pipes.
