Hi Julie, I read your brief and took a look at your existing site as well. Unfortunately though it looks nice, it does not seem very user friendly to me. The reason for this is that you have a lot of images but you cant click on any of them to make them bigger, instead you have to click on the little piece of text that shows up on it. So I think as a start on the new site, this issue should be addressed to begin with, and I think the look could probably be improved aswell. You can give me some links to a few other sites you like so I can get an idea of what you would be open to. In terms of the pod casts, we can implement a plugin that will enforce two groups of memberships, free and paid, where it is important that you determine what kind of payment you would expect ie Paypal etc, since these plugins have to be purchased. In terms of content, you will need to provide the text and images that you would like to go on the site, including the required pages(menu items). For this project I have included the cost of the Paypal plugin for the membership component aswell as the purchase of the theme which ever that may be.
