I require a website set up that will list gay male escorts and be able to take payment from the advertisers. It will need to display pictures and videos posted by the escorts.

To start with I just need the ability to allow escorts to list themselves on my site with certain statistics and details and the ability to take payemnt from the escorts with one or two different payment options. The escorts will be abloe to list images and videos of themselves too.
Plus a payment option for clients so they have a membership option which allows them to view the clients videos and xxx pictures.
The site itself is obviously not too complicated but I want to make sure the design and feel of the site is clean, crisp easy to navigate and very modern. The flow between pages should be logical and smooth and the site will incorporate the whole world see ([login to view URL]) as an example world wide coverage. Each city would have a separate list of its own escorts and the escorts themselves would need the ability to change what city they are in depending on their movements.
I need to know what sort of costs I would be looking at to have this built and hosted, I would also want search engine optimisation so that I am at the top of all searches!
