Design this. Are you game? - open to bidding

I am trying to build a website similar to simplyhired/indeed/monster/careerbuilder/climber. I have most of it set up already. However, this word press document from [url removed, login to view] called "Responsive Job Board Theme" is not doing it for me. I need more. My website is leaphired.com. I like my current setting with payment. Edit: I would like the employer to contact potential candidates for free. However, I want to create an additional section where I can get resume's uploaded in the registration screen. I want to get a portion of the website that recruiters can use to source resume's and employers can source resume with ease. I would also like a different type of search bar for jobs. Specific to job search and location.

I would also like a logo of my company which is a picture of a frog. I would like a creative unique cartoon style frog.

An additional feature I would like to include would be a screening feature in the membership area. Video interview. Once a candidate has been selected after they submitted to the job posting, the employer can push a button that sends a request for video interview. The request is sent to the candidate to see if they accept the video interview offer. If they select yes, a message is sent to the employer to provide a set of interview questions and it is sent to the candidate. If they select no, a optional text box can appear stating the reason if they prefer in person interview or whatever reason they don't want to. A message will then be sent to the employer with their response.

I would like this wordpress to be recreated so I can refund my premiumpress and give you the money instead. Thanks in advance and good luck.
