Design a Banner - 3 total

I need to make a lead form on a page of my website look better. 650 pixels wide, and quite a narrow strip, no more than 150 px. I am flexible about the height, as long as it isn't bigger than 150 px (unless you really believe it would make the banner look that much better with an image we use. I like having the hearts as bullet points, I want a border similar to the one attached. I will upload two sample banners that I made. Make sure the border is different and unique though as I do not own that image. I only own the other images I attached to this job. This is for a wedding planning site, so make sure you are talking to that audience if think you can do a great job here. I will show you the website once we agree to a price so you can make sure to match the banners with the site layout and colors.
