Custom HTML and JQuery Website w/ Matching Mobile Site

We need a custom HTML and JQuery website created for a client. The site also needs to have a matching mobile design too. Pages in the site will have a fair amount of JQuery. In addition to the full and mobile, they will need a blog page created. We need you to design a couple mock ups to show to the client, then once approved, add the coding to finish the full sites. You will also have to work with our in house programmer, who will be adding a customer portal for the customer once you finish the HTML portion of the site. The deadline for this site is as follow: 1 rough draft for the customer to see by this Monday November 18th (1.5 days) 1-2 more rough draft mock ups by Wednesday November 20th (if needed) Revision changes finished on approved design (draft) by this Friday November 22nd (6 days) Add the sentence I have seen the example JQuery site to your bid message, so we know you understand this projects true requirements Full website finished by Tuesday November 26th - Page content will be provided, but not images Matching blog design finished by Saturday November 30th - You will need to work with our in-house programmer to see what will be needed to integrate it into their CMS Mobile site completed by Wednesday December 4th To summarize, you will be making a custom website, mobile site, and blog page design, and working with our programmer so he can complete his assigned tasks concerning this project.
