I need a web site template (not real implementation), which will have 3 module inside : application itself, administration module and development module.

Web site is not necessarily compatible with mobile devices. This template is not urgent, within 3 months can be completed, but should partially delivered in the mean time, according to plan, and may request changes. Price is negotiable depending on provided mock-ups/samples and can offer what price you want freely, as long as I am impressed.

Designer should have interest/vision of fantastic, sci-fi, mythical things and should be creative enough to impress me. I want to see several templates before completing design.

As addition, I need icon for web application which will be also used in mobile application.
