Add title to 15 sec video add.

Hi, We have video clips of a band which we use for some short 15 and 30 sec TV ads. In the past we have used a static overlay for band name and running titles across bottom for the venues. Both of these we change every now and then, especially the venues. This has worked fine, however we would like to make the add a little more modern with a title that flies in or anything that looks like some of the more modern TV adds around. This is no big deal band or TV campaign, they are small regional stations so we are not looking at bids that only bigger bands can pay and get their money back on their investment. Do not bid if you are in this class. We know there are some very talented people out there who are willing to service small guys like us. As I said, the add is for PAL Australian TV. We would like the title to be done so we can use it over any video we would like to use. I would need to see some work you have already done or something which you can show me it will be similar to. I can show you one of the past clips we have with the static title, so at least you can see what we have done. The band video showing is older than what we plan to use now. Anyway..
