Design an App Mockup

I am looking a new design for my app interface. I need a mock up done for my app. I just need the graphic interface done with working buttons, screens, and open/close effects when user select a button or open a screen in the app. I just need the interface mockup working.. ex: user click or push a button...the button effect goes down.. The mockup interface must look like a handheld communication device, so when the user launch the app it open up to an interface that looks like a cool communication device. I will need the source code and all the images created of the mockup interface of the app. Image created in Photoshop i will want the psd file. The PSD file must allow me to do any changes I need in the future by myself if needed. That mean all images in the PSD file must not be merge or not editable my me! The graphic design of the interface must scale to iphone and android phones and tablets. The project price is firm. DO NOT TRY TO BID LOW AND RAISE THE PRICE ON ME LATER!
