Creative Art/ Drawing illustration and create modern/ funny designs

Hi For this project i need you do draw designs. This job is not easy because i am not looking for some random designs i am looking for art designs. All designs should be very professional (handdrawn if possible) Please download my folder. Inside this folder you will find some ideas about my art/ street art/ urban art designs. Well looking abstract images are also welcome. As i Said it is good to know how a photoshop filter works but for this project you will need some more skills. This is how payment looks. I will pay for each design/ not per hours. If you create one design for me then i will give you the budget for one hour. So one graphic = 35-60 USD. Requirements for image file. The image file should either be photoshop or illustrator file with all layers available. 300DPI, high resolution, minimum 30x40 cm If i agree to buy a design and pay you then you will also have to agree that i have full marketing/ selling right. Copy work from other artists are not allowed. I will need around 250 designs. BEFORE YOU BID: I will always check your portfolio no matter if you have 0 or 5 stars. i will make my descission based on your work inside your portfolio and/or the images of your current work. Feel free to send them to me. I am also willing to award several freelancer to do this job. Please also answer me one question. how many images are inside my uploaded folder? And whats you favourite image and why? Please answer these question shortly otherwise i wont consider your bid!
