Create a basic animated GIF, based off my story! :)

I am requesting a SIMPLE animated GIF, created via Photoshop. Following my storyboard and requirements below! Requirements: -Minimum 7 Seconds - 600 X 600 72 ppi resolution -Color mode is RGB -PSD & GIF file. Storyboard/Idea: I was thinking along the idea of procrastination. I want a animated character in front of the computer, simply trying to complete their project that's due the next day. However, its late and hes getting sleepy and bored. Almost dozing off here and there. So he decides to take a break from his assignment and play video games! Then he gets carried away and eventually falls asleep. Thus, waking up the next morning face-palming because he is doom! Extra milestone$: -Make the character look like me (picture will be attached) Again a nice simple animated GIF that follows my storyboard and is created via Photoshop. I will have a gif examples attached as well!
