Alter some Images

I want the tree on the right in the image at this url: [login to view URL] to match exactly the color, hue, saturation, brightness as closely as possible to the tree on the left. So, to be clear I want the image on the right to look exactly as the image on the left, but the difference being its two different trees with different branches, tree trunks ect. Its the green leaves of the tree I want transferred, or super-imposed onto the tree on the right. I pay and pay bonuses for good work. Please contact me after bidding to talk about the project. Be open to communication and submitting any progress shots. I want to pay per tree, so this post if for one tree only, so bid for one tree. I will only pay no more than $10 for one tree. Once I see you can do as I like, I will pay you to do up to six more trees of the same type as this project. I do not need a tree made from scratch unless you wish to do so, but keeping the same colors as the tree from the example photo above and my price limit per tree isnt changed.
