Create a web based inventory

We need a web based inventory application (must run on apache with mysql). The application needs the following functions: Backend - Admin backend to create users for different clients Frontend: - login page that looks like the login of microsoft crm - after login a overview of the inventory that is typed in First tab: - wizard to create new inventory with the following fields: 1. Kategorie 2. Inventarnummer 3. Standort 4. Bild 5. Anschaffungspreis 6. Aktueller Zeitwert in backend it must be possible to add fields like (just chars, numbers, files, picture,..)! Nr. 4 is a picture field. Users can upload a picture of the Inventory item there. Second tab: - listing of the inventory and search engine Users can list up the inventory and sort it by category or other input fields (1-3, 5-6) they have also the possibility to search the inventory for things. Third tab: - Print the inventory (also with filters and listing functions) Users can print and export the inventory here. It must be possible to export the lists as pdf, xlsx, or just print it. You must be available for changes we need from time to time, so we need you for later on support too. That support gets payed separately.
