The Personal Data Sheet (PDS) forms are filed in their respective 201 file where references on training lists and other similar information are stored.

This includes information dissemination through newspaper ads and bulletin-board posts, which are usually displayed for at least 10 days by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO). After doing so, interested employees and applicants for the posted vacancies are required to submit an application letter to the HRMO, followed by an initial screening by the HRMO to verify if the applicants met the minimum qualifications for their preferred positions. Information on these applicants regarding their training's, job experience, attainments, and other relevant information are encoded and filed to serve as reference.
