Build a wordpress Website (URGENT)

I'm looking to build a WordPress website, using 'Percolate' as a plugin. The website will be like a news website, where I use Percolate to upload and publish articles. The website will be responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile. Number of pages: - Homepage template - Category template (8 category pages) - Article template - Additional 'about us' template Content includes: - videos, slideshows, articles, infographics, etc. Functionalities: - To include Google Analytics - To include a newsletter sign up using feedblitz - To include crazy egg - SEO friendly - Most read section, using outbrain - Search function - Social media sharing buttons - Geo location : allow publishers to tag articles to countries. If the person from that country accesses the website, they see only this relevant content. To detect visitors IP address and display accordingly. Hosting will be provided by me. I will provide FTP access to upload the files and troubleshoot. I will be providing the designs. Will need you'll to convert the designs to wordpress and integrate the percolate plugin and make sure the website goes live on my server, without any issues.
