I like your project, because it is something I have been wanting to work on for a while now, but I haven't really seen who I would build for. As a matter of fact, I could have built one for myself, but I wouldn't have had time to manage it, because I would be too busy with school and work as well. What you want is not so complex. It requires just a few line of code in php, a good web host and ofcourse, steady internet connection. I believe you would also require a content management system so you can easily upload the songs and see what people have put up on your site without stress. That can be done for you if you want. If you just want the site to run without you monitoring just about everything that happens, then amazing. I really hope you would let me work on this project for you. It is something that would give me great joy.
