Build a hotel operations and reservation system website

We are a property development company opening a chain of hotels in Asia, we require a hotel operations and reservation system website for our first hotel and a website every year (to be negotiated separately when necessary) for every subsequent hotel. We require: 1) A front office system which can cover reservation, check in / out, housekeeping, maintenance, management reports and operations reports. 2) A back office accounting system which covers audits, profit & loss, accounts receivables, accounts payables and monthly billing. The website has to be responsive on phones / tablets / desktops. Being able to handle check-ins through an iPad tablet is a plus. We will reject bids without a customised proposal. Do not show us your entire portfolio, we are only interested in works that are related to what we require.
