I need a website that that allows people to log on and book properties to rent out short term. Similar to [login to view URL] it also needs to allow hosts to list their properties. Tenants need to be able to pay via a number of different platforms.
The website needs to be done using HTML 5 and preferably be compatible with wix. All users will be required to log on in order to use the site and at initial sign up information such as first and last name, DOB, contact telephone number, address, job title, place of work, interests etc will need to be given. The website will need to have a special place where home owners can go to list their properties and a section for estate agents.
