Build a Website

Hey there, So we have just started up a new website based on wordpress. Link is [login to view URL] We've uploaded the theme and demo content. We're not customising it. Since I'm not a regular wordpress user, I've many silly doubts in the website which I would like to get cleared. Example: [login to view URL] contact us page, there is a contact us form by default. Where would I change the email which receives these forms when a user submits it. 2. A page has been static blocks. Suppose 3 square boxes in a single row. How would we align them to the centre properly in a row. Most tasks shall be easy and require less time. - Bid only if you've Skype.
