I would like a PHP Luxury Web Platform built (PHP). In which Retailers/Dealers and individuals can upload stock. Each time an Items is uploaded it should have a reference number and the retailer should be able to search for that reference number when his signed in, bringing up the item. It's not an e commerce platform. Rather we're just putting the buying in front of the retailer. If someone would like to buy an item they would have to call or send an inquiry through our website to the retailer directly. Want a very high end website. Needs to be SEO and Mobile friendly.
