Build A Website For Our New Studio -- 2

Hello! We recently purchased a template to create our new studio website but haven't found resources to setup the template and make it nice and working. We already installed Wordpress and the template but we want to customize it and make it similar and working to the one they have at the site we purchased it from. We want everything with good names and organized so its easy for us to replace with our content and make it look great. The link to the template is [login to view URL] and we are looking to build the: One Page Advanced Gallery with the same menu items and stock content as shown on the demo. We want to fill out the slots for images with stock photos pertaining to Digital Media, App Development and Entertainment Business. We will need to sign a small agreement stating that you will not download and keep the theme files to yourself and/or for future use. It should be very straight forward and simple so we are looking for a quick turn around time. Thank you in advance!
