I need the development of a very basic project. Requirements Admin Locked admin interface to login. The ability to upload an excel / csv spreadsheet into a db. To view, edit and delete all records uploaded. And to export all records back into a spreadsheet The import and export spreadsheet my be identical in terms of columns. Front end Secure front end with a unqiue username and password per person generated when the record is uploaded for the first time only Interface to view and edit profile and save their profile. PHP, MySQL

Front end: The user upload by admin above will have a username and password and therefore will have a secured login screen on the front end. They can view the details of it as well.
