Adding " Sign up for Newsletter " function to existing Python site

I need someone to apply 2 psd designs to my website. simple go to [login to view URL] save the page as html (complete) find the following tag inside the html <div style="padding-top: 20px;" id="wider" class="container"> replace its content with the newsletter psd design we provided. feel free to modify the css files accordingly Also we need to add a small envelope on the front page- [login to view URL] Please see attached pictures of how it should finally look. Please don't: * change the html outside the div tag mentioned above * use inline style (i.e. style="") * use generic style for example [ h1 {font-size:20px} ] because it will conflict with our site. finally please avoid using the keyword "important" as much as possible Happy bidding
