Designer for Logo AND Dating/Social network website

Looking for a designer who has experience in designing a social network/dating website. This needs to look extremely high end, load fast, and be very clean looking. Perhaps some small flash design in it. But the flash it not 100% neccessary to know. We need to see your portfolio of dating sites you have done in the past and we want to work one on one with the designer. Not outsourcing. Need to be able to reach you via ICQ/AIM during the design process. You will also need to create the logo for the site. I will PM you with the domain and notes if interested. We have the back end programming done, as well will be hosting the site on a windows server (but that shouldnt be a problem) As we just need the graphics from you. Also we will want all graphics in raw PSD form so if we need to make any changes in the future we will have all of the raw files neccessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Full design including raw design of both the logo and website
